The G18A girls reformed this season with friends new and old to play in their HSC year. It was their final year playing girls competition for the older girls. Next year they progress to Women’s All Age. Playing football with their friends in a difficult year with COVID-19 and other disruptions was a great help for them. The girls continued to do well and won most of their games and ended the season as Girls Under 18 Division 2 Premiers.
“Best and fairest team in the comp and deserving Premiers! Loved every minute of watching these girls play” Alison Winch – G18A Manager 2020
“Exceptional support at every game by the parents, supporters and friends. It created such a wonderful positive atmosphere for the girls which made all the difference when the chips were down to lift their spirits” Rob Wing – G14A & G16A Manager 2015-2018
Impressive season results:
Goal Average: 6 per game
Wins: 12
Winning Streak: 10 games in a row
