Girls and Women’s football is becoming more and more popular off the back of the Matilda’s recent success and Australia hosting the Women’s World Cup in 2023. Berowra and Mount Colah Football clubs have formed a new partnership Northern Galaxy.

This partnership is designed to leverage the best of both clubs to provide a unique focus on the Girls and Women’s game.

• Football programmes and pathways for girls of all ages and ability from social through to development football

• Quality coaching focused on the girls and women’s game

• “What’s Best For Her” centric

Northern Galaxy will play in new colours to be announced soon, and we will be giving the players an opportunity to vote on the final strip design. 2021 will see all players receive the new shorts and socks at no extra cost.

Both club Presidents Brad Rayner and Paul Ferry have led the push to provide increased opportunities for girls to enjoy their football. Northern Galaxy will cater for those looking for a fun social experience right up to those looking to play competitively at an elite level.
