The following Preseason Training Schedule and Grounds will be in place until Sunday 26th March 2023.
After this date all Northern Galaxy teams will move to the Winter Season Training schedule

Note: Boots and Studs MUST NOT be worn during Preseason.

MiniRoos Pre-Season Skills Clinic (Run by Kano Football)

Start Date: Monday 20th February 2023
End Date: Monday 20th March 2023
Days: Runs every Monday for 5 Weeks
Times: 5pm – 6pm (U6, U7)
6pm – 7pm (U8, U9, U10, U11)
Location: Berry Park, Mt Colah
Format: Weeks 1 to 3 – Skills
Weeks 4 and 5 – Skills and Formation of Teams
Age Groups: U6 – U11
Cost: No Charge – Included in Registration

 

U6 & U7 Mount Colah “Colts” New Player Promotion

First time registrations to Mount Colah will receive free Shorts, Socks and Training Shirt
These can be picked up at the MCFC Information Day or at the Preseason Skills Clinic

 

Juniors Preseason Training and Grading (To Be Confirmed)

Start Date: To Be Confirmed
End Date: Wednesday 22nd March 2023
Days: Runs every Wednesday
Times: 5pm – 7pm
Location: Berry Park, Mt Colah
Format: Preseason training
Age Groups: U08 SAPL – U11 SAPL
U12 SL – U13 SL

 

SAPL and Super League Preseason Training and Grading (To Be Confirmed)

Start Date: To Be Confirmed
End Date: Thursday 23rd March 2023
Days: Runs every Tuesday and Thursday
Times:

5pm – 7pm

Exact Times for Age Groups will be confirmed by Robbie Hooker
Location: Parklands Oval, Mt Colah
Format: Preseason training and grading into teams
Age Groups: U12 – U18

 

Senior Men’s Preseason Training

Start Date: Sunday 19th February 2023
End Date: Sunday 26th March 2023
Days: Runs every Sunday during preseason
Times: 9am – 10:30am (O35 and O45)
5:30pm – 7pm (MAA)
Location: Berry Park, Mt Colah
Format: Preseason training and grading into teams
Age Groups: MAA, MO35, MO45
