The Junior Mixed competition is for teams of boys and girls and games are usually scheduled on Saturday mornings.
Mount Colah Football Club fields teams in the following age groups: U12, U13, U14, U15, U16, U18.
Coaching Collaboration
This season with our new coaching partners we’re introducing Collaboration Coaching. All MCFC and Northern Galaxy Grassroots community teams from U6 to U16 will have a Professional Collaboration Coach from our Football Partners to assist the parent coaches throughout the season. Our Volunteer Parent Coaches will still lead our teams. This season every junior coach and team will have access to a Professional Collaboration Coach from our Football Partners to mentor our volunteer parent coaches and help our coaches deliver training and skills sessions.

Major Achievements
- 1980: The Mount Colah Boys Under 13 in 1980 were the first Mount Colah team to become the number 1 team in NSW, winning the Football NSW Champion of Champions Boys Under 13 tournament.
- 1993: The Mount Colah Boys Under 17 team became the number 1 team in NSW, winning the Football NSW Champion of Champions Boys Under 17 tournament.
- 2022: The Mount Colah Boys Under 12 Super League team became the number 1 team in NSW, winning the Football NSW Champion of Champions Boys Under 12 tournament
