Registration payments will only be accepted online at the time of registration.
Senior Players who register before Friday 9th February will receive an early bird discount.
All players wanting to play this season are encouraged to register by Friday 9th February. Registrations after this date can only be accepted if there are available places in our teams. NSFA requires all clubs in the association to submit their team nominations on the 12th February.

Registration Guide
- Email Address – in order to match any previous player records, please register with the same email address that you used last year (if possible). You will be able to change your email address later if required.

Additional Player Registration Requests
Additional registration applications can be submitted for the following:
Family Discount – Available to families with 3 or more registered players residing in the same household. Eligible family discount amounts will be reimbursed as a rebate after all registrations are complete and online payments received.
Availability to Play in a Second Team – For players who are interested to play in a 2nd competition team (eg: MAA and M35). Note: second team allocations are only approved if there is available space in the team.

Registration Payment
This season registration payments will only be accepted online at the time of registration. Registration payments must be made via the PlayFootball Registration Portal. PlayFootball accepts both credit card and debit card payments.
For players wanting flexible payment options we recommend you contact your bank or financial institution as most now offer “buy now pay later” options. We recommend that you contact your bank or financial institution for financial advice.
Enquiries in person can be made at the Information Day at Mt Colah Public School Hall on Saturday 10th February.

Refunds and De-registration
Refund requests for a FULL refund registration fees close on the 25th of May, (Minus Admin fee of $30), unless you are claiming Football NSW Insurance.
- To receive a full refund (minus the admin fee of $30) you must be de-registered and this de-registration must be approved before May 31st. If you have not initiated your de-registration on PlayFootball by May 25th, we can’t guarantee this process will be complete by May 31st.
- Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis after this date and a partial refund applied.
- Players who have commenced training and play may only be eligible for a partial refund and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Injured players who wish to claim on FNSW insurance, must remain registered, but a partial refund will apply if you’re missing a significant portion of the season.
How to Request a Refund
1. You must de-register to receive a refund of your registration fees – Guidelines to de-register
2. Advise the club registrar – & to provide your bank details so we can action a refund.
3. Advise your team manager & age group coordinator so they can remove you from the team.
Important Information regarding De-registrations
- A player cannot register with another club until the de-registration has been approved by Mt Colah FC and also has 2nd-level approval from NSFA, which can take up to 7 days.
- Active Kids Vouchers cannot be refunded for cash, they can however be transferred to another Active Kids Provider.
- Why must the de-registration be completed by May 31st to get a full refund? This is the cutoff date set by Football NSW. On this date, My Colah FC will be billed for Football NSW, Football Australia & the NSFA components for any Active players in PlayFootball. Therefore any players not de-registered fully by May 31st will have these portions of the fee deducted from their total refund amount as Mt Colah FC will be liable & invoiced for those. The club also uses registration fees to pay for ground hire, lighting, equipment, equipment maintenance, general administration purposes.
- Credit Card Fees paid for player registrations are charged directly by the PlayFootball Payment Gateway provider and are not refundable.
