Northern Galaxy “Girls and Womens” Preseason Training and Information 2023

The following Preseason Training Schedule and Grounds will be in place until Sunday 26th March 2023.
After this date all Northern Galaxy teams will move to the Winter Season Training schedule
Note: Boots and Studs MUST NOT be worn during Preseason.
Sapphires Pre-Season Skills Clinic (Run by Kano Football)

| End Date: | Monday 20th March 2023 |
| Days: | Runs every Monday for 5 Weeks |
| Times: | 5pm – 6pm (G6/7, G8, G9) 6pm – 7pm (G10, G11) |
| Location: | Berry Park, Mt Colah |
| Format: | Weeks 1 to 3 – Skills Weeks 4 and 5 – Skills and Formation of Teams |
| Age Groups: | G6 – G11 |
| Cost: | No Charge – Included in Registration |
G6/7 Northern Galaxy New Player Promotion
First time registrations to Northern Galaxy will receive free Shorts, Socks and Training Shirt
These can be picked up at the MCFC Information Day or at the Preseason Skills Clinic
G14 and G16 Juniors Preseason Training and Grading
This includes all teams including Diamond League

G12, G13 and G18 Juniors Preseason Training and Grading (To Be Confirmed)

Senior Women’s Preseason Training
| Start Date: | Sunday 19th February 2023 |
| End Date: | Sunday 26th March 2023 |
| Days: | Runs every Sunday during preseason |
| Times: | 4pm – 5:30pm (WAA, WO35 and WO30 6s) |
| Location: | Berry Park, Mt Colah |
| Format: | Preseason training and grading into teams |
| Age Groups: | WAA, WO35, WO30 (6-aside) |
