Dear Mount Colah Football Club Members,
Please take this as notice that Mount Colah Football Club will be holding its 2021 Annual General Meeting on Monday 15th November, 7.30pm at the 1st Mt Colah, Mt Kuring-gai Scout Hall in Pierre Close, Mt Colah. Please Note that the venue may change depending on Covid restrictions. Any venue change will be notified no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting.
All committee positions will be declared vacant at the AGM. We are always actively searching for committee roles to be filled. If you are interested, please refer to the Position Descriptions on the Club Volunteer page – https://mountcolahcolts.com/volunteers/
Please note the Club can only operate when we have contributions from many volunteers. Expecting significant contributions from a small number of volunteers, limits the clubs ability to operate efficiently.
All nominations for executive committee and committee positions must be received in writing. If you would like to nominate for a committee position, or renominate for your existing committee position or nominate someone else for a committee, send the nomination to by 5pm, Monday 8th November 2021. Life memberships are also considered at our AGM. If there is someone who has made a significant contribution over many years who you would like to nominate to be a life member of the club please send the nomination with supporting statement to by 5pm, Monday 8th November 2021. Criteria and assessment of Life Member Nominees is outlined in the MCFC By-Laws, Section 14.
